1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, templates, recorded sessions, AI tools, and educational content, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
Once access has been granted, refunds will not be issued.
2. Live Coaching Programs
Refund requests will only be considered if specifically mentioned in the offer or sales agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, coaching program fees are non-refundable.
3. Webinar Registration
Webinar registrations are non-refundable.
If the webinar is postponed, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date.
4. Membership Programs
Membership fees are non-refundable after activation.
Users may cancel future recurring subscriptions (if applicable) before the next billing cycle.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
6. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but access is not provided, please contact our support team with proof of payment. After verification, access will be granted or the amount will be refunded, as applicable.
7. Cancellation by the Company
If a program is cancelled by the Company before commencement, participants may receive either:
- A full refund, or
- Credit towards another program.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback after receiving access to our products or services may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to our platform.
9. Refund Processing
Where refunds are approved, they will generally be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
